If you’ve experienced an issue with your online purchase, we want to hear how we can do better.

Email sales@cbdclearchoice.com if you experience any issues with the product you received. Providing you with transparency, premium quality products and excellent service is our mission. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply to submit a return.

Clear Choice will only accept returns and provide refunds from purchases made on cbdclearchoice.com. All Clear Choice products purchased via retail partners are not eligible for return or refund.

RETURN PROCESS FOR ONLINE ORDERS:

  1. All online ordered products may be returned within a 14-day period of receiving your product.
  2. Email us at sales@cbdclearchoice.com to alert us that you will be returning your unopened product within the 14-day time limit and to request the return shipping address.
  3. For our records and to better serve others please include your reason for requesting a refund.
  4. No RMA is needed for returns however the customer is responsible for shipping the returned item within the return period.
  5. Email sales@cbdclearchoice.com with the tracking number for your return.
  6. Once we receive your package, we will confirm via email and issue a refund for your product. Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be posted to your account.
