Our return policy and process for products bought on our website is as follows:

• Products may only be returned within the first 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, your purchase will no longer be returnable or refundable.
• Contact us within the first 14 days of receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return the product.
• Please include your reason for requesting a refund in your initial email where you state that you wish to return the product.
• Once notifying us that you wish to return the product for a refund, you will be responsible for shipping the product/products back to us within the first 14 days of receiving your order.
• After shipping the product back to us, please send us the parcel tracking number as proof that you have shipped the product within the return period.
• We’ll only issue your refund once we receive the parcel and the product is returned to us. Please wait 7-10 for the refund to reflect in your bank account. If you don’t receive your refund within this period, please contact us to ensure your refund was paid over.
